IP Addresses and Logging.
CHARPP's server logs information about visitors, including
IP addresses, date/time visited, referring website, length
of stay, etc. This information is used for site statistics
only.
ListServ Participation.
Customers have the option to participate in a ListServe.
Any information you choose to share when using any of
these forums or functions becomes public information.
Customer Information.
Customer information that is provided to obtain more information,
receive newsletters, or to participate in our benchmarking
services is used to provide services to customers and
information on other CHARPP services. CHARPP does not
provide or sell our customer lists for profit.
Benchmarking Services.
As confidentiality is an important element of a benchmarking
program, CHARPP never uses customer information without
permission. Our on-line benchmarking system does not store
information on individual patients.
Cookies.
CHARPP uses cookies in its on-line benchmarking system
to support recording of information in the system.
