Our benchmarking system was established in 1998. We call our measurement system The CHARPP Improvement Measurement Program (The CHIMP).

We have over 40 agencies across the United States collecting outcoomes and comparing their measures to improve and support their agencies through changing times. These agencies use their outcome and benchmarking data for a variety of purposes, including program improvement, to inform their boards of their performance, and to market their programs.

Our system includes the following features:

  • Convenient web-based entry and report generation.
  • Intuitive, easy-to-use program layout.
  • Context-senstive help files on every page.
  • Each agency can have multiple users and set permissions for data entry and report generation.
  • On-demand graphics with real time data and trending over time.
  • Custom reporting tool.
  • Roll-up data reports over time.
  • Data export to Excel.
  • Graphics created in the program can be easily be copied into PowerPoint or other word-processing programs and be annotated.
  • Three-tier data quality system.
  • Specialized benchmarking only for agencies serving children and adolescents.
  • Ten-year history of protecting the confidentiality of our benchmarking partners.
