Our benchmarking system was
established in 1998. We call our measurement
system The CHARPP Improvement Measurement Program
(The CHIMP).
We have over 40 agencies across the United States
collecting outcoomes and comparing their measures
to improve and support their agencies through
changing times. These agencies use their outcome
and benchmarking data for a variety of purposes,
including program improvement, to inform their
boards of their performance, and to market their
programs.
