The use of video conferencing and web-based technologies are under-used in the social services field. The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with an overview of the different technologies and to provide firsthand examples of how to use technology in service delivery, training, and multi-site management. Particular attention will also be given to achievable economies-of-scale, outcomes, and sustainability.
