Friendly Reminder—1Q2007 Data Due May 14, 2007, Noon, EST Friendly reminder that your data for first quarter 2007 (January through March 2007) is due on Monday, May 14, 2007 at noon Eastern Standard Time. Please get your data in and review your quality report. Measure, Learn, Improve Our mission is to support organizations serving children, youth, and families to measure, understand, and improve their services. We are also applying this philosophy to our business. We have recently surveyed our customers and are making some changes. We have added a set of new reports that include all ages of clients (5-18) under the Standard Reports sections. You will also see that we have divided the graphs into three age groupings: all ages, 5-12, and 13-18, to make it easier for you to determine which graphs you wish to use. We have also received requests for further enhancements to our reports and have developed a set of conceptual reports. We need five volunteers to review these conceptual reports and provide feedback. If you would like to volunteer and review the new format, please contact us at 1-888-523-5225. New Measurements Change is good. We just completed a survey of our clients on the transition to the new program, and the response has been most positive. Customers noted that they liked the convenience of the web-based system and customized reports. Some customers are finding new ways to use our system. One customer reported that his CEO asked him about the trends of restraints and seclusions at his facility, and he was able to print a five-year trend report from CHIMP.net. Our team of CHIMP.net members has identified a suite of Day Treatment Measurements; we plan to introduce them next month. In addition, now that your agency has made the transition to CHIMP.net, you may be interested in having more benchmarking data. For residential programs, we have added length of stay, discharge destination, school placements, and runaway. If you are interested in discussing these measurements, contact CHIMP.net at 1-888-523-5225. |
